Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance throughout hotel rooms.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls to resolve issues efficiently.
- Execute the preventative maintenance schedule ensuring that all equipment and areas are up to standard.
- Assist in energy conservation efforts and recommend maintenance system improvements.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
What We Are Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A certificate in a specialized field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing.
- Experience in the Maintenance Department of a large hotel or similar environment.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
