Key Responsibilities:- Translation of Written Documents: Accurately translate audit reports, technical documents, correspondence, and policies between English and Nepali.
- Interpretation in Audits: Provide real-time interpretation during factory visits, meetings, and discussions between auditors and factory personnel.
- Language Support: Help auditors understand Nepali language documents and cultural nuances.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of translated documents and interpretation sessions.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Show professionalism and respect for cultural differences while engaging with diverse individuals.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in English and Nepali with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in translation and interpretation.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
- Certification in translation and interpretation is a plus.
