Job Title: Building Construction Supervisor

Job Description:
Prepare a work plan and schedule, follow up on the construction of buildings according to specifications and implementation programs, and measure completed work in coordination with the supervising building engineer, and prepare and present work reports.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Study architectural and structural plans for buildings and tender documents.
• Prepare a work plan and schedule in coordination with the supervising building engineer.
• Estimate the quantity of materials and the size of the labor needed.
• Follow up on the procedures and activities of building implementation and ensure compliance with the specified specifications.
• Take random samples of construction materials and concrete mixes and send them to the laboratory for testing.
• Prepare and present work reports, document them, and archive them.

An electrical engineer is required to work in a leading company in the field of electrical contracting, with at least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of electrical projects. Responsibilities include: supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, preparing electrical schematics and designs, and managing the team of technicians. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and have excellent knowledge of electrical safety systems and the engineering standards adopted in the Kingdom.
