Responsibilities:

• Studying social cases and assessing the needs of beneficiaries.
• Preparing therapeutic and social plans and following up on their implementation.
• Providing psychological and social support and guidance to individuals and families.
• Preparing periodic reports and submitting recommendations to management.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to serve the cases.
• Participating in community programs and initiatives.
• Documenting data and maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Contributing to the development of social services and improving performance quality.

Qualifications:
[ Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field. ]

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deal with various community groups.
• Proficiency in using computers and office software.

Knowledge of blood sample withdrawal is preferred, proficiency in organizing samples and numbering, entering data for patients to receive samples, dealing politely and appropriately with patients, all tasks related to receiving the laboratory and withdrawing samples.
