What You'll Be Doing:- Contribute to creating and implementing cost estimating best practices and strategies.
- Make accurate project cost estimates across various levels.
- Support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques.
- Analyze costs, trends, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Utilize methodologies and software to maintain reliable data.
- Oversee cost benchmarking and maintain a database of consultant and contractor rates.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, or cost engineering.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience in Cost Estimating.
- Preferred certifications: CEP, MCIOB, or MCIArab.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
