• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to find satisfactory solutions.
• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment.

• Handle guest queries efficiently and assist other departments as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond to changing work environments.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
