Job Summary
The Director of Human Resources provides leadership, direction, and guidance in all areas of human resources management. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, developing, motivating, training, and maintaining a competent workforce while aligning with the hotel and department goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and champion the Human Resources Division’s goals.
• Manage all recruitment and training efforts, as well as staff discipline.
• Ensure the implementation of necessary training sessions.
• Embrace and implement the Strategic Plan’s Guiding Principles.
• Promote environmentally friendly practices within the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a hotel of similar size.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter and team-builder.
• Tactful and sensitive to colleague needs.
• Strong financial knowledge and effective training skills.
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function for a new, German-owned automotive component manufacturing facility in KAEC. This position promises a dynamic environment where you can significantly impact the HR strategies and practices of a key player in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full HR setup for our greenfield manufacturing site including creating policies, procedures, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all departments.
• Develop tailored training and development programs suitable for a manufacturing environment.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
• Foster a strong organizational culture that reflects local values and global standards.
• Liaise with government authorities such as GOSI and MHRSD and manage Saudization requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry, preferably in a greenfield or startup setting.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.
• Must hold Saudi citizenship.
