Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain machinery with professionalism, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the production process and report any issues to maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality & HSE Guidelines.
- Assist in the cleaning and care of designated machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production plans and maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production data accurately.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in machine operation, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are preferred.
