Key Responsibilities:- Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
- Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per Raffles Standards.
- Record and control wake-up calls; assist guests with international calls and directory queries.
- Address requests promptly and report complaints to the Telephone Supervisor.
- Maintain knowledge of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
- Adhere to emergency protocols and advise defects on switchboard equipment to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work environment and uphold hotel safety standards.
Qualifications:- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in building rapport with colleagues and managing guest relations.
- Ability to work cohesively in a multi-cultural and team-oriented environment.
- Secondary education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a four or five-star hotel is preferred.
