The Opportunity:This hybrid position involves a unique blend of clinical expertise and commercial skills, aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, clinicians, and distributors.
- Drive expansion of the diagnostic product portfolio.
- Provide pre- and post-sales application support tailored to customer workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues pertaining to calibration and quality control.
- Deliver comprehensive product training and support to customers.
- Represent Beckman Coulter at various external events including trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and field support.
- Provide remote application support as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory.
- Proven track record in diagnostics and clinical laboratory settings.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi diagnostics market.
