- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable optical products (frames, lenses, contact lenses, sunglasses).
- Driving conversion and executing upselling and cross-selling promotions.
- Achieving individual sales targets and supporting overall store performance.
- Providing a professional and engaging customer journey.
- Effectively handling customer inquiries and basic complaints.
- Building strong customer relationships and loyalty.
- Reading and understanding prescriptions accurately to assist in product selection.
- Support in fitting, adjustments, and technical requirements when needed.
- Ensuring accuracy in transactions and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintaining stock accuracy and reporting any discrepancies.
Requirements:- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of optical processes and good knowledge of POS and insurance systems.
- Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree from a technical institute of optics.
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- SCFHS certification.
