Job Description:
The Gulf Catering Company is looking for an experienced nutrition technician to contribute to improving the health of patients and healthy individuals by providing specialized nutrition services. You will be responsible for studying the quantity and type of appropriate foods and beverages, participating in the preparation of the nutrition plan, supervising the preparation of food and beverages, and serving them.

Main Tasks:

• Conducting necessary nutritional analysis and analyzing medical cases.
• Classifying medical cases and determining nutritional needs.
• Supervising the preparation of meals and monitoring food quality and its components.
• Preparing and presenting work reports.
• Checking food preservation, cooling, and storage equipment.
