• Preparing financial reports: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and financial reports, and providing analyses for senior management.
• Ensuring financial compliance: Ensuring compliance with local and international financial laws and regulations.
• Managing invoices and payments: Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
• Preparing budgets and cost planning: Developing financial plans and budgets and analyzing variances between actual and expected costs.
• Managing the accounts team: Guiding and supporting the accounting team to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
• Collaborating with other departments: Providing financial support and ensuring budget alignment with overall goals.
• Analyzing financial performance: Providing suggestions to improve profits and reduce costs.
• Long-term financial planning: Developing strategic plans to support the company's long-term growth.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Extensive practical experience in accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to prepare reports.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
