Luxury Preparation Company announces its need to hire an experienced procurement manager to join the team, who has professional competence and the ability to manage purchasing operations efficiently. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Preparing and implementing purchasing strategies in line with the company's objectives. - Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to obtain the best prices and terms. - Overseeing purchasing operations and ensuring the availability of materials and services in a timely manner. - Evaluating supplier performance and continuously improving supply quality. - Searching for cost-reduction opportunities without impacting quality. - Coordinating with various departments to identify purchasing needs. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in procurement. - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Excellent command of the English language in both speaking and writing. - Strong leadership personality and decision-making ability. - High level of focus, organization, and accuracy in work. - Ability to work under pressure.
