Responsibilities:- Follow up on the needs of departments and implement approved purchase requests.
- Search for new suppliers and build sustainable professional relationships.
- Negotiate prices and supply terms to achieve the best value.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure adherence to delivery dates.
- Document all purchasing transactions and prepare necessary reports.
- Coordinate with warehouses to ensure material availability and avoid work disruptions.
Required Qualifications:- Relevant qualification in management, accounting, supply chains, or equivalent.
- Practical experience in the field of purchasing (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using computer programs.
- Accuracy, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
