Job Description: In this role as a cleaning and housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities in commercial facilities and achieving a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Main Responsibilities: - Manage service schedules, plan, and prepare staff rosters.
- Supervise staff as they perform their duties such as mopping, sweeping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Encourage the implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or high school education.
- Two years of practical experience in the field.
- Proficiency in Arabic (advanced) and English (intermediate).
