As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our accounting policies and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. Your contributions will help support the financial health of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a secured cash float and process petty cash payments.
- Receive, record, and archive vendor bills using Accounting Software.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in our Accounting Software, including uploads to online banking.
- Manage Sadad payments and keep detailed records.
- Maintain and update Excel files for purchase records.
- Archive finance documents systematically.
- Assist with Arabic compliance and translation when necessary.
- Support the finance team in preparing Excel reports, such as landed cost and utilities tracker.
Essential Skills:- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of numbers.
Desirable Skills:- Good knowledge of MS applications.
- Familiarity with local tax laws.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) capabilities.
Educational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.
