- Setting and determining performance and quality indicators and standards in customer service.
- Participating in updating customer service procedures and manuals.
- Developing innovative programs to improve the quality of customer service.
- Analyzing information to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer services.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports and providing recommendations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A high school diploma as a minimum.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the Arabic language.
The benefits include a monthly salary ranging from 4000 to 4100 Saudi riyals, in addition to working six days a week in a morning/evening shift.
