Key Responsibilities:- Lead resort security operations to guarantee safety for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement security strategies in line with local regulations.
- Train and supervise the security team for high standards of professionalism.
- Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to mitigate security risks.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Oversee security technology maintenance, including surveillance systems.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage security budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance security measures without compromising guest experience.
Qualifications:- Saudi National with a focus on luxury hospitality.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security management.
- Proven track record in high-pressure environments with crisis management skills.
- Strong leadership and training experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
