This role is essential to ensuring safety and security for all guests and staff, providing a welcoming and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the security team: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development.
- Manage security operations: Implement protocols to protect guests, employees, and property, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Supervise property safety: Oversee security patrols and proactively address risks.
- Support investigations: Assist in investigations related to incidents, thefts, and policy violations.
- Manage emergency responses: Coordinate emergency reactions and liaise with law enforcement agencies.
- Ensure accurate documentation: Review and maintain security reports and compliance documentation.
Qualifications:- Saudi National only due to Localization Regulations.
- Proven experience in security management or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
