• Monitor guests in and around the pool to prevent accidents.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations consistently.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescue and first aid procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool areas and equipment.

• Attend regular training and maintain required certifications.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Certified lifeguard with current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience as a Lifeguard preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor guest activity in and around the pool and water facilities.
• Prevent accidents and respond quickly and calmly to emergencies.
• Administer First Aid or CPR when needed and accurately report incidents.
• Ensure all safety equipment is functional and in place.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations respectfully.
• Support daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities.
• Assist guests with needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
• Previous lifeguarding experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong swimming skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset.
• Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
