About the Role: We are looking for a skilled
Production Supervisor to manage and coordinate our production team’s activities, ensuring the timely and efficient production of electrical control panels. Your leadership will uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: - Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers. Monitor technician performance, provide coaching and guidance, and manage work assignments.
- Production Management: Oversee the production process and ensure targets are met. Adjust workloads as needed and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Quality Control: Maintain product quality standards. Collaborate with the QC team for inspections and resolve quality issues.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to, promote a safe work environment, and conduct training sessions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing production efficiency through strategic planning.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure equipment is maintained.
Qualifications: - More than five years of experience in a production environment.
- Proven supervisory experience in a production setting.
- Strong ability to manage schedules and meet production targets.
- Experienced in maintenance coordination.
