Furthermore, you will collaborate with various teams to implement corrective actions, maintaining our commitment to high-quality outcomes and operational excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspections and tests on materials, products, or equipment.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify quality issues.
  • Implement corrective actions in collaboration with team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a QC Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and methodologies.
  • Experience using inspection tools and quality management software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis of finished products according to the schedule, prioritizing first-pass analysis.
  • Maintain inventory of laboratory requirements, including glassware and stationary.
  • Shift to different departments as necessary for instrument availability.
  • Train trainees on analytical techniques used for finished goods analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP in the QC laboratory and maintain documentation practices.
  • Manage reference standards, chemicals, reagents, and solvents appropriately.
  • Raise Out of Specification (OOS) reports and complete Laboratory Investigation Reports (LIR) within given timelines.
  • Conduct testing on market complaint samples when required.
  • Perform daily checks and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Assist with procurement procedures related to instruments and reagents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals Quality Control.
  • Basic fire safety awareness.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory compliance (SFDA).
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
