Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Department Managers to execute HSE plans and implement established control measures.
  • Ensure the consistent and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all ACES staff.
  • Participate in accident and incident investigations in coordination with Department Managers and the HSE Manager.
  • Prepare Client HSE Site Observation Close-Out Reports.
  • Develop and implement HSE training programs tailored to specific projects.
  • Conduct daily toolbox meetings with ACES employees to discuss HSE requirements and procedures.
  • Immediately report any observations of issues with potential risks to employee health and safety or the environment to the HSE Manager.
  • Assist the HSE Manager in developing effective Emergency Response Plans and conducting emergency mockup drills.
  • Support the HSE Manager in coordinating and delivering required HSE training for employees, aligning with the annual training program and project-specific needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of HSE training and compile HSE statistics reports.
  • Coordinate with Client site representatives to ensure the proper implementation of applicable project HSE requirements.
  • Apply preventive maintenance programs for alarm, security, and protection systems.
  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University Graduate or Diploma holder.
  • Must hold NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30 Hours, and ISO 45001 certifications.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HSE function.
  • Possession of a valid Driving License is an added advantage.

  • Conduct safety education and training programs for personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, preferably in Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • An engineering background is mandatory for this role.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction safety management within project, engineering, or similar industries is essential.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be of Saudi Nationality.
  • Excellent English proficiency, including strong written expression, fluent oral communication, and the ability to draft and translate documents in English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills are necessary.
  • Must be well-organized, a good team player, and able to adhere to established principles.
  • Willingness to follow work assignments and adapt to project needs.
  • Candidates must hold relevant safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.
