Key Responsibilities:- Provide overall academic and operational leadership of the school.
- Oversee the effective implementation and continuous development of the British and American curricula.
- Ensure compliance with international accreditation and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement the school’s strategic and operational plans.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector, including proven leadership experience.
- Strong experience with British and American curricula (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or School Administration is preferred.
- Solid understanding of international accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern educational technologies and school management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international school environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
