  • Conduct performance evaluations and set team goals.
  • Ensure effective training and cross-training of all warehouse staff.
  • Build a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Logistics & Distribution Coordination:
  • Coordinate with transporters for daily delivery operations.
  • Track and analyze logistics costs for efficiency improvements.

Safety, Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and conduct safety inspections.
  • Monitor the maintenance of safety equipment and procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Must be advance in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
