About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures for all construction projects.

• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety practices, procedures, and emergency response.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications: OSHA, NEBOSH, or other relevant safety certifications (preferred). First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a Safety Manager role. Preferably experience in landscape construction projects or similar outdoor construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, procedures, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in safety management systems and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in implementing safety practices in projects involving sustainable landscaping or environmentally sensitive areas. Familiarity with landscaping machinery and equipment safety standards.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
