الهدف من الوظيفة:

الترويج لخدمات ومنتجات شركة الرأي العام في مجال الأبحاث واستطلاعات الرأي، وتنمية قاعدة العملاء من القطاعات الحكومية والخاصة وغير الربحية، مع متابعة فرص التعاون حتى إتمام التعاقد وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة.


المهام والمسؤوليات:

التسويق لخدمات ومنتجات شركة الرأي العام عبر القنوات المختلفة (مباشرة، رقمية، ميدانية).

حضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء المحتملين بالنيابة عن الشركة أو بمشاركة الإدارة.

إعداد العروض التقديمية والتعريفية للخدمات بالتنسيق مع فريق الشركة.

بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء وتعزيز الثقة لضمان فرص تعاون مستدامة.

التفاوض مع العملاء حول بنود العقود والأسعار بما يتوافق مع سياسة الشركة.

إتمام إجراءات التعاقد مع العملاء بعد موافقة الإدارة.

تقديم تقارير دورية عن الأنشطة التسويقية والصفقات الجارية.

المساهمة في تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق والمبيعات بناءً على ملاحظات السوق واحتياجات العملاء.

المهارات المطلوبة:

مهارات اتصال وعرض متميزة.

قدرة عالية على الإقناع وبناء العلاقات المهنية.

معرفة جيدة بأساليب التسويق وإدارة المبيعات.

احترافية في التعامل مع العملاء والالتزام بمواعيد الاجتماعات والتقارير.

إجادة استخدام الأدوات الرقمية في التسويق والتواصل.


نظام العمل والمكافآت:

العمل بنظام المستقل (Freelance) وفق جدول زمني مرن.

يحصل المسوّق على عمولة تتراوح بين 5٪ إلى 10٪ من قيمة كل عقد يتم إبرامه بنجاح مع أحد العملاء، وذلك بحسب طبيعة المشروع والاتفاق المسبق مع الشركة.

About the Role:

Key Objectives:
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Convert business needs into clear, structured, and validated requirements for the Fan-ID platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, review, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, as well as integration and data requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Process flows and customer journey maps
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architecture and Integration teams, Development teams, and external vendors.
- Lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support requirement validation throughout the development and delivery phases.

Required Expertise & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms.
- Strong experience defining requirements for systems with multiple integrations.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse teams.

Additional Requirements:
- Immediate availability is a must.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Riyadh.
- Saudi Nationals are preferred.
