Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing finishing works on construction sites. Proven expertise in high-end commercial projects.
• Certifications: Licensed Saudi Council of Engineer SCE (if applicable to the region). Safety certifications (*, OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and project management tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Procore, and MS Project.
