About the RoleYou will work directly with our client's engineering team in Saudi Arabia, where you will be responsible for the design, development, and operation of production-grade data infrastructure. This hands-on engineering role will allow you to take ownership of pipelines from end to end while contributing to high-impact data programs.
Key Responsibilities- Data Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using tools like dbt, PySpark, or Airflow. Implement batch and streaming architectures for effective data ingestion and transformation.
- Data Platform & Architecture: Contribute to design decisions regarding lakehouse, data warehouse, and integration patterns while ensuring data security and compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Experience- Proficiency in Python, advanced SQL, and PySpark.
- Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
- Minimum of 5 years in production data engineering with a proven track record of enterprise-scale pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure.
EligibilityValid Saudi iqama is mandatory for (non saudi). Candidates should be based in Saudi Arabia or available for immediate mobilization.
