Join GFS Express as a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist!We are a leading company in shipping and delivery services based in Riyadh, looking for a skilled specialist to manage our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to contract signing.
- Coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
- Prepare job offers and recruitment documentation.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new employees from acceptance to full integration.
- Update employee records in the HR system (experience with Jisr system is preferred).
- Follow up on employee medical insurance procedures.
- Prepare regular reports related to recruitment, insurance, and HR operations.
- Support the HR team in daily tasks as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or employee onboarding.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage tasks efficiently.
- Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with “Jisr” system is a plus.
