Job Description:Supervising the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct manager and organizing daily mail and appointments. You will carry out administrative tasks related to workflow and coordinate meetings.
Responsibilities:- Implementing administrative instructions and following up on decision execution.
- Opening and sorting physical and electronic mail and responding to it.
- Completing printing tasks and answering phone inquiries.
- Organizing meetings for the direct manager and documenting their minutes.
Qualifications:The applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
- Executive Secretarial
