Key Responsibilities:- Supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
- Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams for quality and timely service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp.
- Manage logistics related to camp supplies and inventory.
- Promptly address and resolve issues or complaints raised by camp residents.
- Oversee camp staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare operational reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of camp operations and catering services.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
