Join the Gulf Ninth Foundation / Center for General Contracting as a Recruitment Specialist.We are looking for an ambitious individual to lead our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting appropriate policies and plans to define and select recruiting methods and means.
- Developing recruitment procedures and programs and ensuring the accuracy of information and completion of documents.
- Analyzing data related to candidates and ensuring that all data is entered into the system.
- Exchanging information and coordinating processes related to candidates.
- Preparing documents and reports related to recruitment.
Required Qualifications:Holding a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors:
- English Language Education
- Public Administration
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Management Information Systems
Additional Requirements: HRM Certification (PHRi preferred).
Required Experience: One year.
