Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading and managing Building Management Systems (BMS) projects to ensure their efficient execution, according to the specified timelines and budgets, while achieving the highest levels of quality and technical standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the elements and activities of the project, their interconnections and arrangements, studying the value and size of the project, and preparing a timeline and organizing procedures.
• Preparing the necessary material and human resources for the execution of the project and monitoring their provision in a timely manner.
• Preparing a cash flow schedule commensurate with the sequence of executing the activities.
• Reviewing the actual execution and progress and comparing it with the planned program and preparing modified and revised programs.
• Developing methods and techniques of work using modern technologies.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports related to project management and providing appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions and presenting them.
• Storing information in its respective database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
