The ideal candidate will have strong, excellent communication abilities, and maintain a professional demeanor while handling cash and various payment methods.

Key responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems

• Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with precision

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist customers with questions about products, prices, and store policies

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

• Follow all company policies and security procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

• Diploma degree or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Must be a Saudi National

• Operating company vehicles to transport materials, tools, personnel, and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting instructions and plans to complete work activities efficiently.
• Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring that vehicles are maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.
• Adhering to safety rules and procedures by using the necessary safety equipment.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Preference for Saudi nationals.

• Interact with customers and provide support to them.
• Respond to customer inquiries and solve problems.
• Record customer notes and their procedures in the system.
