We are looking for a sales specialist to join our team at Faqih Farms for Poultry. In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right products.
- Providing accurate information about products, prices, promotions, and store policies.
- Achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
- Arranging goods on shelves and ensuring stock availability.
- Monitoring expiration dates (if the products are food or consumables).
- Operating the point of sale (cash register) and completing payment transactions accurately.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues or escalating them to the supervisor when needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of displays and the store in general.
- Adhering to store policies and procedures (uniform, attendance, safety, etc.).
- Conducting periodic inventory counts and assisting in receiving merchandise orders.
