Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must hold a relevant Engineering Degree for most engineering positions. An Engineering Degree is not required for the Document Controller role. Experience levels vary by specific role:

About the Role

Maximilian Globus is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is located in the Al-Qassim Region of Saudi Arabia and is designed for a professional with a strong background in SAP supply chain and warehouse management, particularly within manufacturing, distribution, or logistics sectors. The role involves leading and supporting end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects, with a focus on system integrations and the optimization of warehouse processes.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions to align with business requirements. This includes close collaboration with stakeholders, managing system integrations, and ensuring efficient system operations and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end SAP EWM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • Configure and optimize inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective SAP EWM solutions.
  • Facilitate the integration of SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and third-party logistics systems.
  • Provide comprehensive support for testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex warehouse process and integration issues to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess 8-10 years of professional SAP experience with a strong focus and expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Demonstrate proven experience in successfully completing at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of key SAP EWM functionalities including: Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Warehouse Structure Design, Inventory Management, Internal Warehouse Processes, Physical Inventory, RF Framework, Labor and Resource Management, and Wave Management.
  • Experience with Yard Management is considered a preferred qualification.
  • Have practical experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, MES, and external third-party logistics systems.
  • Possess a strong understanding of core warehouse and supply chain business processes.
  • Previous experience working within manufacturing, logistics, retail, or distribution environments is preferred.
