About the Role:
As a Cashier at H. M. Al Rugaib, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously.

  • Issue receipts and handle returns or exchanges.

• Cash Handling:
  • Operate the cash register and balance the drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent theft and errors.
  • Complete daily deposits.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Count cash and record it in the cash register and ensure the availability of currency.
• Receive payments in cash or by credit card, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Update price lists, calculate commodity prices, and prepare invoices.
• Reconcile incoming cash with total sales and report any discrepancies.
• Handle customers and meet their additional requests or deletions on purchase lists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in specific fields such as Business Administration or Sales Management.
• 5 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic, English, Turkish, Hindi, and Urdu.
