🎯 General Objective of the Job:Leading and developing the human resources system to ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations and achieve the highest levels of efficiency in managing employee affairs, salaries, and insurance, within a professional engineering environment.
✅ Required Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (Master's degree or professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD preferred).
- At least 4 years of practical experience in human resources management within engineering consulting companies or similar technical environments.
- Advanced knowledge of government human resources platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, and payroll systems.
- Proven experience in preparing employment contracts, managing employee files, and applying human resources policies in accordance with Saudi labor law.
- Proficient in using automation programs and electronic systems for human resources management (HRMS).
- High ability to communicate, analyze, and make decisions in multi-tasking environments.
🛠 Tasks and Responsibilities:- Full supervision of recruitment, evaluation, and termination processes.
- Preparing and updating internal policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Managing salaries, allowances, and social insurance accurately and transparently.
- Coordinating with government agencies to ensure full compliance (Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance, Zakat and Tax).
- Developing training and professional development programs for employees.
- Leading initiatives to improve the work environment and enhance performance culture.
