Job Description:Your responsibilities will include following up on the execution of administrative decisions issued by the direct manager, organizing mail and daily appointments, and completing administrative tasks related to workflow. You will also need to coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager.
Main Tasks:- Implement administrative instructions and follow up on decisions.
- Open, sort, and distribute both paper and electronic mail.
- Complete printing tasks and respond to inquiries.
- Organize files and preserve transactions in a way that makes them easy to refer to.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and document their minutes.
Qualifications:A high school diploma with advanced skills in using basic computer programs, Arabic, and English.
