Responsibilities:- Accurately identify customer requirements and provide the appropriate parts through all sales channels.
- Support promotional and advertising activities for spare parts and accessories.
- Assist the department manager in organizing and arranging trade shows within the department.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving them to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Ensure the availability of required parts and the accuracy of prices before providing quotes, especially for older models.
Required skills:- Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the parts sold, their specifications, how they are applied, and their compatibility with different systems.
- Technical ability: Understanding of technical details and the ability to explain them to customers with varying levels of expertise.
