Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced travel ticket writer to join our team at Al-Khudari Travel and Tourism Agency. In this role, you will provide travel services to clients by booking flight tickets, hotels, and organizing trips.
Main Responsibilities:- Marketing travel ticket and trip offers for various means of transportation, selling and organizing them.
- Arranging travel bookings and land, air, or sea trips in coordination with travel agencies and tour operators.
- Responding to client inquiries related to ticket bookings according to tours, transportation, and desired destinations.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and clients.
- Following policies and procedures according to relevant systems and regulations.
Qualifications:- Two-year diploma after competence in tourism management or travel and tourism.
- Proficiency in using basic computer programs.
- Excellent experience in travel booking software.
- Advanced level in design (planning) and the hotel booking system and the global travel booking system.
- Relationship management skills.
Requirements:- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
Benefits:- 30 days annual leave.
