Join Air Products as an Administration Assistant! We are looking for a dedicated Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Project Delivery teams.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Director, Project Managers, and Site Engineers with multifaceted support.
- Coordinate with JIGPC entities to ensure project activities are executed according to schedule.
- Prepare Services PR, Material Requisitions, and maintain material codes.
- Process routine documents including timesheets, travel requests, and leave requests.
- Coordinate security liaison for gate passes and staff IDs.
- Arrange site or online meetings as requested.
- Participate in team event planning.
- Occasionally escort visitors and VIPs on site visits.
Requirements: - Experience with ERP systems like SAP and document control platforms.
- Knowledge in Absher and Muqeem platforms is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Background in Sharepoint management is a plus.
- Ability to drive a vehicle in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
