Join Our Team as a Marketing Communications Manager!
At Hyatt Place Al Ula, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to spearhead the opening of our new hotel. This unique opportunity allows you to play a vital role in shaping the hotel's introduction to the market.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing communications strategy and annual marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to create effective marketing initiatives.
  • Lead public relations efforts and coordinate with agencies for local and international exposure.
  • Oversee social media strategies and content direction with agency partners.
  • Manage the hotel’s marketing assets and campaigns in line with brand standards.
  • Track marketing performance and report results regularly.
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecasting.
  • Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and local community partners.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel marketing communications, preferably in an opening hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including PR, digital, social media, and campaign activation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Strategy & Growth Plan
  • Own and grow relationships with our most strategic e-commerce partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive mutual business growth by negotiating favorable terms and ensuring superior brand presence and operational excellence across all digital accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans to deliver sales, margin, and market share targets for all assigned e-commerce customers.
  • Identify and activate new product / assortment opportunities, promotional mechanics, and digital marketing collaborations to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders, sharing performance insights, competitive and market trends, and clear strategic recommendations.
  • Negotiate annual contracts, including terms and promotional calendars, in partnership with account buyers and senior management.
  • Manage trade investments and budgets to ensure optimal ROI.

Operations & Digital Shelf Excellence
  • Monitor and optimize key e-commerce performance metrics such as impression, traffic, conversion rate, and key supply chain KPIs.
  • Manage collaboration closely with Supply Chain and Distributor teams to accurately forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution by continuously reviewing performance via scorecards.

Demand Generation & Cross-Functional collaboration
  • Leverage digital investments to drive full-funnel demand generation.
  • Build robust plans to accelerate category growth across all sub-channels.
  • Act as an integral member of a dynamic, cross-functional team by aligning on digital advertising and content strategies.

Data & Analytics
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making across all aspects of account management and demand generation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, shopper behavior, and emerging e-commerce trends.

Required Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Management or relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management
  • Proficient in English
  • Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency
