Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

Job Objective

Increase sales of bakery products by building and developing strong relationships with current and new clients (cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, etc.), and professionally promoting products to contribute to expanding market share and increasing profits.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Marketing and selling bakery products to wholesale and retail customers inside and outside Medina.
•Searching for new customers and building a strong database to expand the distribution network.
•Preparing and implementing periodic field visit plans to increase market presence.
•Presenting product offers to customers and negotiating prices and payment terms.
•Following up on financial collections and ensuring customers adhere to deadlines.
•Monitoring market movement and competitors and submitting periodic reports to management.
•Contributing to promotional campaigns and marketing exhibitions.
•Providing customer feedback to the production team for product development and improvement.
•Maintaining the brand image and adhering to company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications
•No less than two years of practical sales experience (preferably in the bakery/food/cafe sector).
•High skills in selling, persuasion, and relationship building.
•Ability to negotiate and close deals.
•Good knowledge of the Medina market and surrounding markets.
•Valid driving license and ability to travel inside and outside the city.
