We at WadClinic are looking for a distinguished Customer Service Representative who enables us to provide effective support to our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring a satisfactory experience for customers by handling their inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries accurately and professionally.
• Providing solutions to the problems faced by customers as quickly as possible.
• Recording call details and updates accurately in the system.
• Following up on orders and complaints until they are successfully closed.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhering to company policies and operational procedures.
• Cooperating with various departments to ensure optimal service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• The ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Active listening skills and understanding of customer needs.
• The ability to work under pressure and within a team.
• Proficiency in using call center systems and basic computer programs.

Technical support technician required to work with us. Main tasks include: having experience in cashier programs and integration - solving technical support issues from cashier systems such as Foodex and others - delivery applications - integration with delivery applications - working on the Odoo system.
