Join Parsons as a Construction Supervisor in the exciting development of NEOM Trojena, a world-class mountain destination. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the Wet Utilities team while managing the infrastructure for high-altitude water systems, including potable water, wastewater, and fire networks in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Field Leadership: Direct on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
- Complex Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation of high-pressure pipelines and pumping stations.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Lead managing multiple subcontractors to maximize productivity.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify field clashes and ensure milestone achievements.
- Quality & Efficiency: Implement sound construction practices to achieve cost-effective quality control.
- HSE Champion: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies on site.
- Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary contact for client representatives and government authorities.
Required Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of field construction experience with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of regulations regarding potable water and wastewater systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Desired Skills:- Chartered Engineer Status or equivalent.
- Experience in remote or high-altitude construction sites.
- Proficiency in BIM for construction management.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
