Tasks and Responsibilities:

Manage and operate the maintenance center and supervise all daily tasks.

Receive cars from customers and accurately determine maintenance needs.

Supervise engine maintenance, gearbox, tires, and oils to ensure quality.

Follow up on various mechanical maintenance and ensure they are carried out according to standards.

Issue invoices and close daily reports on the Rowaa system.

Enter purchase invoices and accurately track inventory.

Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a distinguished service experience.

Manage customer loyalty program (points/vouchers) to enhance the relationship with customers.

Provide guidance and advice to customers on maintaining their cars.
Requirements:

Practical experience in car maintenance and mechanics.

Experience in managing a team and supervising daily operations.

High skills in dealing with customers and providing a distinguished experience.

Knowledge of maintenance management and invoicing systems such as Rowaa.

Excellent organizational and managerial skills with commitment to deadlines and work accuracy.
Daily direct interaction with customers and managing the loyalty program to enhance relationships with them.
