We are looking for a highly skilled maintenance supervisor to join our team at Turoq Contracting Company. The ideal candidate will prepare a plan and work program and follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance.

Essential Tasks:

• Follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of the necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members according to their capabilities.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation.
• Classify, organize, document, and preserve results and work reports.

Qualifications:
We require that the applicant holds a high school diploma.
