Key Responsibilities:- Handle the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist in preparing job offers and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment progress and prepare reports.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
